App snapshot
UCHealth is a no-cost Android application that gives users controlled access to their UCHealth medical records and services. Through the app you can manage appointments, prescriptions, and bills while viewing clinical information stored in your account.
Main features and functions
- Find the closest clinic, urgent care center, or emergency department, and pay medical invoices using the app’s secure payment tools.
- Log into My Health Connection to see test results, clinical notes, and other parts of your health record.
- Schedule or cancel visits, request prescription refills at the UCHealth pharmacy, and link biometric data (weight, pulse, blood pressure) from Apple Health into your chart.
Remote care and in-app help
The app supports virtual visits so you can speak with your provider from home. You can also open your provider’s visit notes and get assistance from UCHealth’s virtual helper, Livi. Livi can handle simple requests such as:
- Showing recent lab or imaging results
- Reminding you of upcoming appointments
- Explaining how to start or join a Virtual Visit
Recent updates and improvements
- Ophthalmology patients can now view eyeglass and contact-lens prescription details in their health record.
- Billing estimates are accessible while using the app in Guest mode.
- Many urgent care locations let you reserve a place in line ahead of arrival.
Alternative app suggestion
If you need a tool that changes the sound of your voice during phone calls, consider the free app "Voice Changer for Phone Call" as a separate utility.
Bottom line
UCHealth’s app consolidates scheduling, medication refills, virtual visits, device data syncing, and billing into one accessible tool, making it easier to manage your healthcare from an Android device.
