Snow Cone is a premium puzzle-adventure from indie studio Hungry Sky. It blends classic Sokoban block-pushing challenges with a lighthearted detective storyline centered on a penguin sleuth.

Premise and role

You play Pedro, a penguin detective assigned to investigate the disappearance of a local snow cone vendor. To gather information, Pedro goes undercover as a vendor himself, so he can interact with a wide range of townsfolk — some helpful, others suspicious — and gradually narrow down the list of suspects.

Core gameplay

• Navigate dozens of Sokoban-inspired puzzles across multiple locations.
• Fulfill customer requests by collecting ice and arranging items correctly.
• Clean up the streets and collect clues that push the investigation forward.

The puzzles are approachable and casual: there are no timers, and you can retry levels as many times as needed. Exploration and talking to characters are as important as solving the spatial puzzles, since clue-gathering and interviews drive the mystery.

Snow Cone does not have a confirmed release date yet. However, Hungry Sky is accepting requests for playtest access, giving players a chance at an early hands-on preview if they are selected.
