Connection management

Smart‑Fi continuously monitors available networks and performs seamless handoffs so your internet stays fast and stable. It operates in the background as soon as a Wi‑Fi connection is detected, optimizing transfers without manual intervention.

Core features

• Wi‑Fi Security — Automatically encrypts traffic on unsecured Wi‑Fi networks to help protect your privacy. The encryption is applied selectively so it won’t interfere with apps that are sensitive to VPNs, such as many video streaming services.

Data and battery considerations

The app may show higher data and battery usage on system monitors because it aggregates and manages the traffic of other apps. This redirection can make usage appear larger than before, but reported battery drain from Smart‑Fi itself is typically very low — around 0.1% on average.
