Quick overview
Screw Drivers is a free-to-play, physics-driven racing title from Creactstudios that mixes vehicle construction with high-octane racing. Players assemble cars from scratch using a wide assortment of parts, then put their creations through chaotic races across destructive environments.
How building and racing work
The core loop revolves around designing and tuning vehicles. You receive components for frames, engines, suspensions and other essentials, then use an intuitive in-game editor to piece them together. The tools are approachable enough for casual players but deep enough to let creative builders design unusual and effective rigs. Races take place in a sprawling, desert-like setting where speed and durability both matter.
Progression and rewards
You begin with a limited set of parts for your first vehicle and gradually unlock stronger components by winning events. Defeated rivals drop building blocks that can include special mechanical functions, letting you expand what your designs can do. As you collect better parts, you can improve top speed, acceleration and handling to stay competitive against tougher opponents.
Adversaries and objectives
A recurring challenge in the game is a group of elite racers called The Monarchs, who pilot high-performance supercars. Much of the early campaign revolves around taking them on and overcoming their superior machines using clever builds and smart racing.
Multiplayer and custom servers
Screw Drivers supports multiplayer play and allows players to host dedicated servers. This makes it simple to invite friends, test vehicle blueprints together, and race across tracks that present distinct hazards and layout challenges.

Current development state
The game is currently in Early Access. That means features, balance and polish are still evolving; expect additional content and fixes to arrive in future updates.
Verdict
Screw Drivers shows a lot of promise with its free-form vehicle construction and frantic, destructible racing. There aren’t many games that combine creative building and chaotic racing in quite the same way, and since it’s free-to-play it’s easy to jump in and experiment. If you enjoy designing oddball cars and putting them through intense races, it’s worth trying now and revisiting as the game develops.
