RFMS Mobile is an Android companion app for RFMS Business Management Software. The app is available to download at no cost, but an active RFMS subscription is required to access most functionality. It brings quoting, ordering, inventory visibility and customer details to your phone, and supports attaching photos to provide visual context.

Key functions you can expect

• Customer records: locate, review, and update customer profiles; place calls, send texts or emails directly from the app; and open navigation to a customer's business or shipping address.
• Document creation and editing: build new quotes and orders, edit existing ones, and search through past documents. Convert quotes, orders, or BidPro estimates into PDFs for printing, emailing, or sharing.
• Inventory and product lookups: view live product information and on-hand quantities, and search available inventory across locations.
• Photo support: add images to entire quotes/orders or to individual line items to make proposals and job details more visual.
• Point‑of‑Sale tools: create POS orders, append sales to open orders (useful for supplying installer crews), produce pickup-only documents, and generate receipts.
• Payment posting and document handling: record payments to orders and distribute finalized documents to customers.

How the app is accessed and controlled

Although the RFMS Mobile app is free to install on Android, using it requires an active RFMS subscription. Administrators can restrict certain capabilities, so availability of features like payment posting or administrative actions depends on permission settings set by your RFMS administrator.
