PomoDone — quick snapshot
PomoDone is a timer utility designed to link with your current task-management tools so you can run Pomodoro-style timers directly alongside your to-dos. It synchronizes tasks from other apps and gives you one-click timers to help structure work and breaks.
Where you can access it
- Chrome extension for use in your browser
- Desktop application for macOS, Windows, and Linux
- Mobile app for Android and iOS
Compatible productivity apps
- Wunderlist
- Basecamp

How the timer functions
PomoDone follows the traditional Pomodoro rhythm by default: a 25-minute focus period followed by a 5-minute pause. You can adjust those intervals in settings if you prefer a different cadence. When you import tasks from a connected app, a timer is created for each task — start it with a tap or click. For many integrations, you can also edit the linked task from inside PomoDone, so you don’t need to switch between two separate apps to make quick changes.
Cost and subscription options
The service uses a subscription model. There’s a free tier with basic functionality; higher-priced plans unlock additional integrations and deeper customization. Discounted pricing is often offered for students.
Who will get the most benefit
If you use or want to try the Pomodoro method to organize work sessions, PomoDone removes much of the manual overhead involved in tracking timers and syncing progress with your task list.
