Product snapshot
PMcardio is a subscription web service that uses artificial intelligence to assist clinicians with electrocardiogram interpretation. Regulated as Class IIb medical software, it is intended to support diagnosis and management of cardiovascular conditions by analyzing ECG recordings and delivering rapid, clinician-facing output.
Clinical capabilities
PMcardio covers a broad range of cardiac findings — in total it reports on 39 different cardiovascular diagnoses. It is designed to flag and characterize problems such as:
- Conduction blocks (for example, bundle branch and atrioventricular blocks)
- Atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation
- Signs of ischemia and infarction, including ST-segment changes
- Left ventricular hypertrophy and other chamber enlargement patterns
How ECGs are processed
The system accepts standard 12-lead ECG data from any compatible machine and can analyze signals even when acquisition quality varies. In addition to raw trace interpretation, the platform incorporates image-recognition capabilities so clinicians can upload photos of printed ECGs for immediate reading. Results are delivered promptly, and the tool can produce suggested treatment pathways tied to the interpretation.
Reporting, security and workflow
Clinicians can generate and export structured reports for patient records or referrals. The application is built to fit into routine workflows by producing concise, exportable summaries that can be shared securely with colleagues or stored in electronic health records.
Device support and access
PMcardio is accessible across modern smartphones and desktop browsers, allowing on-the-go review as well as workstation use. The interface is optimized for quick review on small screens while preserving report detail.
Pricing note and alternative
The service operates on a paid subscription model. A notable alternative to consider is AweMyFace (paid), which some users evaluate when comparing offerings in this space.
