Quick overview

PlayStüdyo is a members-only mobile application created for select fitness clubs. It centralizes club services so members can manage their bookings, payments, and fitness progress from one place. Available functions depend on what each partner club supports.

Signing in and account access

New members receive a temporary username and password via SMS from their club. Use those credentials to sign into the app and open your personal dashboard. After the first successful login, you will be able to view and manage the services tied to your account.

Bookings and schedule management

• Reserve spots for group classes, tennis instruction, or one-on-one personal training directly in the app.
• See and edit your upcoming bookings and cancellation details in a single calendar-based view.
• Receive confirmations and reminders for scheduled sessions so you don’t miss them.

Payments, memberships, and in-app purchases

• Check the details of active memberships or individual session packages you’ve purchased through the app.
• Use the built-in E‑Wallet (when supported by your club) to add credit and buy extra sessions or upgrade memberships.
• Download or view receipts and membership validity so you always know your remaining balance and expiry dates.

Tracking progress and training info

• View recent body measurements and compare them with past entries to monitor trends over time.
• Follow assigned workout programs and log completed sessions to keep your training on track.
• Access historical data and visual comparisons to better understand improvements and setbacks.

Contacting the club and feedback

• Send suggestions, questions, or complaints directly to your club through the app’s messaging or feedback tools.
• Track the status of submitted requests so you know when a staff member has responded.

Club entry and compatibility

• When enabled by a club, use a generated QR code within the app to pass through turnstiles or check in at the facility.
• Note that QR access, E‑Wallet functionality, and other features vary by location; some clubs may not support every capability.
