OneCall — Take control of your mobile services
The OneCall mobile app helps OneCall customers manage their phone service quickly and easily. Use the app to view your usage and charges, adjust subscriptions, and refill your balance from your device. The app supports customers on prepaid plans as well as those with CTRL subscriptions.
Managing a Family plan
If you administer a Family Package, the app gives you a consolidated view of the household’s usage and lets you manage lines and data allowances. New Family Package functionality also allows you to allocate shared data to individual members.

- Add funds to your account directly inside the app.
- Switch between subscription plans or change your current plan.
- Review past invoices and monitor spending.
- Turn usage limits and restrictions on or off for lines.
- Allocate shared data among family members.
- Purchase extra data bundles on demand.

- Check how much data remains on your plan.
Setup and important notes
The app requires either a mobile data connection or Wi‑Fi to function. It’s actively being developed, so new features will be added over time — keep the app updated to access the latest improvements.
