Overview of the NoraGO App

NoraGO is a free media player created by SETPLEX LLC that lets you view content made available by your TV or streaming service provider. The application itself serves as a player and access point—it does not house live channels, movies, or radio streams inside the app package. Instead, it connects to your provider’s service using credentials they supply.

How to Sign In

After installing NoraGO on an iPhone, the app will open to a login interface. To gain access, enter the account details issued by your service provider. The fields typically required are:

• Username
• Password
• Provider code

These login values are issued by the provider and are unique to their service; the app will not work without them.

What the App Contains (and What It Doesn’t)

NoraGO functions as a viewer and access layer. It does not include or store any program content locally. All movie, channel, and radio content is delivered by your subscription provider when you authenticate.

Troubleshooting and Getting Help

If you cannot sign in or experience playback problems, reach out directly to your service provider for assistance. They control account validation and stream access, so they can resolve credential or entitlement issues. SETPLEX LLC, the company that developed the app, does not handle customer login or technical support requests.

SETPLEX LLC is the software developer responsible for building and maintaining the NoraGO application. While they supply the player technology, access permissions and customer support for logging in are managed by each content provider.
