NEO.emu is a robust, open-source Neo Geo emulator for Android devices. Derived from the Gngeo project, it focuses on delivering smooth, responsive gameplay through a simple user interface and minimal audio/video lag. The app does not bundle game ROMs — users must obtain those separately.
