Mousotron keeps a running record of how far you move the mouse, how often you click, and how many keys you press. While it’s primarily entertaining, it can also serve as a practical aid for avoiding or recovering from repetitive strain injuries (RSI). The program can automatically publish your results to the web so you can compare your activity with other users.
Health and rehabilitation uses
By tracking mouse travel, click counts and keystrokes, the app helps raise awareness of repetitive motions that contribute to RSI. The logged history and time reports make it easier to spot patterns, adjust habits, and support rehabilitation efforts.
Sharing and comparison
You can opt to upload your statistics to an online leaderboard or community, letting you benchmark your daily or weekly activity against other people.
