Clock-in records can be sent to the cloud-based InOut Presenze database for centralized management. From there you can:

  • Aggregate records from many terminals and export or print summaries on a PC.
  • Keep a single repository for payroll, auditing and attendance analysis.

Location and off-site tracking options

For teams working away from the office, Marcatempo Plus captures location context to ensure accurate records:

  • Save GPS coordinates with each clock-in so you have a geographic audit trail.
  • Use BLE beacons at fixed external sites to limit clock-ins to within roughly a 5–10 meter radius.
  • Configure a dedicated fixed station using a phone equipped with NFC or by deploying a BLE beacon at the location.

Time tracking for tasks and services

Beyond simple punch-in/punch-out, the app records detailed working times useful for operational metrics:

  • Track the time spent on individual jobs, customer service calls, or production runs.
  • Use those records to estimate task durations, calculate billing, or measure productivity.
