About the project

MANTAPP is an Android application developed by the Dirección de Tecnología of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government (GAD) of Cantón Manta. It is a digital platform that lets residents complete many city-related administrative tasks online instead of visiting municipal offices in person.
