Narrative focus
The core narrative follows a young woman who awakens disoriented in an unfamiliar attic, isolated and unable to determine her captor’s intent. As you progress, the game invites you to piece together Jakob’s sorrowful past and uncover how those old wounds ripple into Trisha’s present captivity.
Atmosphere and gameplay
Players explore moody, hand-crafted 2D environments, solving atmospheric puzzles while a living, uncanny Forest warps memory and perception. The playtest emphasizes slow-burn tension, psychological unease, and storytelling that ties environmental detail to emotional revelations.
