Premise and goal

Laser Dolphin tells an oddly specific tale: you pilot a laser-equipped dolphin on a mission to free the country's leader after extraterrestrials snatch him for study. The bizarre title hides a straightforward rescue plot — guide your aquatic hero through alien-infested zones to reach and save the Prime Minister.

Enemies and surprises

The seas are crowded with hostile creatures and machines, including:

• Cyborg sharks that patrol open water
• Rocket-equipped fish that launch projectiles

Progression requires navigating four distinct worlds and completing fifty stages before you can confront the abductors directly.
