JeevanPramaan is a mobile utility built to help service and family pensioners in India create their Digital Life Certificate (DLC). The app uses Aadhaar-based face authentication to verify identity securely and reliably, reducing the need to visit offices or submit paper documents.

How identity is confirmed

• Verification is performed using Aadhaar-linked facial authentication.

What happens after you submit a DLC

Once a DLC is successfully processed, the system issues a unique Pramaan-Id for that submission. This identifier is sent to the pensioner via SMS and can be used as proof of life for future reference. The app also provides the DLC directly to the Pension Disbursing Office, streamlining the entire submission process and removing the need for physical certificate handover.
