ING InsideBusiness is a free iPhone application from ING Groep NV that gives corporate users mobile control over their banking services. It’s built for ING Wholesale Banking customers who already have InsideBusiness access and want to manage transactions and service requests from their phone.

Core capabilities

• Securely approve payment files remotely, including via InsideBusiness Connect and SWIFTNet.
• View and download transaction confirmations for foreign exchange operations.
• Monitor and manage payment files with full visibility into status and details.
• Access downloadable reports such as cash balancing and mark-to-market statements.
• Submit and track service requests related to accounts and operations.

Security and sign-in

One of the app’s notable security features is its mToken mechanism. Using a QR code scanned with the phone camera, users can authenticate, sign requests, and log in without needing a separate hardware token—adding both convenience and an extra layer of protection.

Reports, administration and support

ING InsideBusiness makes it easy to obtain operational and reconciliation documents on the go. Users can pull reports for treasury and accounting purposes and manage ongoing service tickets directly in the app, helping streamline administrative workflows.

Who can activate the app

Only ING Wholesale Banking clients with existing InsideBusiness entitlements can use the app. If you need access or additional permissions, ask your organisation’s Corporate Administrator to update your user rights.
