Studio snapshot
Hot Yoga Dublin welcomes you to a calm, modern practice space in the heart of the city. The studio has been thoughtfully fitted out to create a bright, tranquil environment where you can build flexibility, strength and mental focus. Everyone from first-time students to seasoned practitioners will find sessions suited to their level.
The practice environment
The main yoga studio is large and full of daylight. A contemporary heating and ventilation system circulates gently warmed, fresh air that has been oxygenated and treated to be hypo-allergenic. The room was designed to provide consistent, comfortable conditions that support a safe and effective hot-yoga experience.
