The app presents a concise summary of your bike’s history and upcoming needs, including:

• The bike’s registration identifier, the date it last received service, and the recommended date for the next service.

Locating authorized service locations is straightforward:

• Use your current GPS position, or browse by state and city to see nearby Hero-authorized dealers and service centers.
• Search by city, state, or allow location access to find the closest authorized workshop.

Booking service appointments

Scheduling maintenance can be done entirely within the app:

• Pick your two-wheeler from the list, select a preferred workshop, and submit a service request to reserve a slot.
• This removes the need for phone calls or visiting a service center in person to arrange an appointment.
