• Use the app to arrange either doorstep delivery or collect your order from one of five local hypermarket pickup points.
• Activate the app’s "Hypermarket" mode to plan shopping offline: browse categories, build a shopping list, and tick off items while you move through the store.

Delivery area and pricing perks

• Delivery services cover Moscow and most parts of the Moscow region, with complimentary shipping on orders above 6,000 ₽.
• Pickup remains available at the five hypermarkets for customers who prefer to collect orders themselves.

Loyalty program details

• The app stores your loyalty card digitally so you can monitor bonus points, review past purchases, and receive tailored promotions.
• Currently, bonus points can only be added or redeemed at hypermarket cashiers or pickup desks; online payments do not support point transactions yet. The development team is working to enable this functionality.
