FluidSecure is a no-cost mobile application from Trak Engineering Inc. that, when paired with FluidSecure hardware, gives operators centralized control over fuel and other liquid inventories. Built for iPhone, the app is intended to simplify secure fueling operations and keep dispensing activity tracked and auditable.
Access rules and restrictions
You can restrict who can dispense and under which conditions by configuring multiple authorization rules. Examples of criteria you can enforce include:
- Vehicle or the receiving equipment
- Product type being dispensed
- Specific tank or dispenser
- Registered mobile user (phone owner)
- Time windows during the day
- Certain days of the week
- Limits on quantity per transaction
- Restrictions based on odometer or engine hours

Using the mobile app
Operating the app at a controlled fueling location is straightforward:
- Open the FluidSecure app while at the dispensing point.
- Choose the hose or dispenser you intend to use.
- Provide the requested information in the app and submit.
Each request is checked against the cloud-based authorization engine. If the credentials and rules validate, the system unlocks the dispenser and allows pumping. Every completed fueling event is recorded in the cloud for later retrieval.
Management interface and reporting
Administrators manage users, vehicles, sites, and device settings through a secure web portal. The portal also generates detailed reports and transaction histories that can be viewed from any smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser. These tools make auditing, troubleshooting, and oversight convenient and centralized.
