Overview of the Skyborne Adventure

Everwinds is a first-person sandbox survival RPG set among drifting islands suspended in the sky. Players are encouraged to roam the vertical landscape, seeking out each island's distinct resources and environmental hazards. The world is designed for repeatable discovery, with procedural generation ensuring no two journeys feel identical.

Piloting and Island Travel

Airships are at the core of traversal: you design, build, and outfit vessels to ferry you between landmasses. Ship customization affects how easily you cross different altitudes and handle weather or aerial threats. Exploration rewards careful planning—better ships unlock access to higher or more dangerous islands.

Building, Crafting, and Base Management

Survival depends on gathering raw materials to erect bases, fabricate tools, and upgrade your fleet. New crafting recipes become available as you collect or research blueprints, letting you expand your workshop and produce increasingly powerful gear. Resource management and base placement both factor into long-term success.

Character Growth and Specializations

Players progress by leveling up and selecting skills across three unique roles:

• Engineer: Focuses on mechanical improvements, ship systems, and defensive gadgets.
• Arcanist: Specializes in magical abilities, spellcraft, and arcane support.
• Warrior: Excels in melee combat, endurance, and frontline tactics.

Each specialization opens different skill trees and playstyles, encouraging replayability.

Combat, Enemies, and Dungeon Challenges

Engagements use a stamina-aware, combo-driven combat system that rewards timing and positioning. Expect a variety of foes, ranging from common undead to major dungeon adversaries:

• Boss encounters: Multi-phase fights that demand strategy and teamwork.
• Undead skirmishes: Frequent threats like skeletons that test your melee and ranged options.

Dungeons provide concentrated combat and valuable loot, often guarded by tougher enemies and environmental traps.

Replayability and Cooperative Play

Because worlds are procedurally assembled, each playthrough presents new layouts, resource distributions, and island chains—similar in spirit to other open-ended sandbox games. Cooperative multiplayer lets friends team up to explore, tackle dungeons, and share the challenge of surviving among the clouds.
