e-Portal is a complimentary mobile tool produced by the Directorate of Information Technology of the Sri Lankan Army. It centralizes a soldier’s personal and service-related records — for example, blood group and PULHEEM ratings — and is intended exclusively for members of the Sri Lankan Army.

How to get started

To use e-Portal for the first time, you must supply your personal details and your service number, then create a secure password. After registration is complete, you can sign in to access your records and download documents related to your employment.

Limitations and access rules

• Information shown in the app may not always be up to date; users should verify time-sensitive items with their unit.
