DiceX is a dice-rolling utility designed for tabletop role-playing sessions. It complements game play by offering a flexible, user-friendly interface and extensive options for configuring dice behavior. The app makes it simple to tailor rolls to your system and keeps a record of roll activity so you can review past outcomes.

Customization and roll options

You can fully control how dice are generated:

• Specify complete roll expressions, choose the number of dice, or set the number of faces per die.
• Apply modifiers such as bonuses or penalties to adjust final results.
• Configure automatic rerolls when results fall below or exceed a threshold.

The interface layout is intuitive, letting you tweak these settings quickly without hunting through menus.

Logging and session history

DiceX records every roll in a session log so you can audit decisions and outcomes later. The log supports export so you can save or share a session history. There is also a Summary panel that aggregates recent activity for quick reference.

Recent updates and fixes

• Resolved an issue that prevented the percentile-roll options from being toggled correctly.
• Corrected problems where the Summary view did not refresh reliably.
• Relocated the Summary into a drawer for easier access without cluttering the main window.
• Added the ability to include percentile roll entries when exporting the session log.
• Fixed an error in the way percentile rolls were recorded in the log.
• Enlarged the main interface pane to make viewing multiple simultaneous rolls more comfortable.
