DATAflor TIME is a companion mobile app for the DATAflor BUSINESS suite, built to capture work hours and site information for landscaping, gardening and construction projects. It supplies field teams with an easy way to collect the details needed for precise project costing and post‑job analysis.
Core capabilities in the field
- Log use of machinery and record extra hours worked, helping to account for equipment costs and overtime.
- Add delivery records for plants, materials or supplies used directly on the jobsite.
- Produce on-site documentation and end-of-day summaries to support billing and site records.
- Track employee time for individuals or whole crews, including clock‑in and clock‑out timestamps.
Data flow and office integration
DATAflor TIME is designed to pass collected information back into the office-based cost-calculation environment so accountants and project managers can include field data in their estimates and reports. To enable live synchronization with existing BUSINESS data, administrators must switch on data transfer within the BUSINESS Cloud Manager. When activated, mobile entries are forwarded into the central system for analysis and reporting.
Using the app before connecting to BUSINESS
If you haven’t enabled cloud transfer yet, the app still functions. A demo dataset is available so you can explore features and try workflows without linking to your company’s live database.
