Conduct AR — Train Action is an augmented-reality railway game that places miniature Wild West dioramas on your tabletop and brings them to life. Using AR technology, players take on the role of a train conductor, managing locomotives and track switches in a tangible, real-world play area.

Gameplay essentials

As the conductor you start and stop engines, flip switches and reroute rolling stock to keep journeys on schedule. The core challenges are spatial action-puzzles: prevent crashes, deliver passengers punctually, collect stars for good performance, and move through increasingly complex levels that represent different stops on an Old West route.

How you interact

Controls are intentionally simple and tactile — taps to control trains and switches — but solving puzzles often requires physically moving around the device to view and manipulate the scene from new angles. Levels are designed so exploration with your device is a key part of finding solutions.

Visual style and worldbuilding

The game presents tiny, richly detailed diorama environments set in a bygone frontier. Models, tracks and scenery sit on whatever surface you choose, and augmented effects layer virtual animation over the physical tabletop to create an intimate miniature world.

Roots and acclaim

This title is a standalone AR adaptation of the popular puzzle game Conduct THIS!, which earned recognition at the International Mobile Gaming Awards and reached millions of players worldwide. The AR edition builds on that legacy while tailoring the experience to mixed-reality play.

Sound design

A cinematic soundtrack by composer Simon Kölle underpins the action, enhancing the sense of immersion and giving each rail journey its own character.
