Discover Cocolor
Cocolor is a lively color-play app created for iPhone that invites users to experiment with pigments in playful, artistic ways. The two included games were developed by artist Rosy Lamb in partnership with the creative studio hérétique. Both titles blend visual learning with simple, satisfying gameplay.
Match and Vanish — Am I Blue?
In Am I Blue? you combine the three primary print pigments — cyan, magenta, and yellow — to recreate a target background hue. When your mixed color matches the backdrop, the on-screen character disappears, rewarding precise color matching. The mode supports both focused practice and relaxed creative play: you can strive for exact matches or produce repetitive, stylized portraits with a pop-art feel.
Head-to-Head Color Race — Tea for Two
Tea for Two turns color theory into a competitive duel. Two players vie to match their side’s background by adding or removing pigments. The first competitor to match three backgrounds wins the round, and each success paints a piece of a shared landscape, so winning rounds slowly build a combined scene. The gameplay adds strategy through pigment management and quick visual decisions.
Learning, Art, and Replay
Both games teach basic subtractive color mixing while encouraging experimentation and visual intuition. They’re designed to be approachable for newcomers yet engaging enough for repeated play, offering both single-player calm and multiplayer excitement.
