CityRyder is an iOS lifestyle app created by SILPO-FUD TOV to support Smakover couriers. The application streamlines receiving and completing orders from dark stores, retail outlets, and restaurants, giving couriers a single, easy-to-use interface to manage deliveries on the go.

How the system works

After signing in, couriers can either accept available delivery requests or work on orders that have already been assigned to them. Each order screen displays the full contents and the customer's drop-off location. When an order is ready, drivers collect it from the specified dark store, shop, or restaurant and verify the items and packaging against the information shown in the app before heading to the customer.

Once a delivery is completed, couriers follow the app’s step-by-step flow to move on to the next job, ensuring consistency and reducing mistakes throughout the process.
