How it operates
Sign up in minutes via the Bounce mobile app, claim a personal Bounce address, and have carriers deliver there. You don’t need to contact the pickup location ahead of time — you’ll receive a notification once your parcel arrives and can collect it whenever it suits you.
Safety and theft prevention
Bounce protects packages from porch theft by storing them securely at verified partner sites. Only authorized individuals can collect items, so your deliveries aren’t left in exposed spots where they can be taken by strangers.
