How to begin and credits
- Purchase credits to enable generation; credits unlock the ability to create hundreds of variations (over 200 images).
- Upload the required source images after payment — the app requests a set of photos to work from.
- The service emails the completed images once processing finishes, typically within a few hours.
Preparing your source photos
For the best, most natural-looking results, provide a diverse set of input photos. Recommended guidelines:
- Avoid including more than one person in any single photo.
- Include a wide range of lighting situations and background types.
- Submit between 10 and 20 source images to give the AI enough reference material.
- Don’t use the exact same pose, expression, or camera settings across all images.
Turnaround, delivery, and second-pass options
Processing usually takes about 2–3 hours from the time you submit your photos. Completed image sets are sent to the email address you provide. If you’re not satisfied with the initial set, you can request additional adjustments or reruns within a seven-day window following delivery.
Payment and refund terms
Once you submit photos for generation, purchases are final and refunds are not offered. This policy is in place because submitted images are used to train and run the model, which incurs non-recoverable costs.
