- re-added a fix for the fullscreen issue described in bug FM-1394. The solution is to not draw the container's background whenever StageVideo is used in a VideoSurface. To achieve this, an event stating that the VideoSurface switched the renderer is dispatched, mentioning if StageVideo is used or not, then the event is caught in the container which adjusts it's backgroundVisible property accordingly.
