I try it on windows enviromen, the preload's connection has problem!

My flash is on Web, and this flash have socket’s connection, I use eclipse IDE to connect the flash , The flash has no respond for genie’s connection!
And the preload have generate log :
10:41:43 : Genie Preload Constuctor invoked
10:41:45 : Commands object initialized

10:41:46 : socket connected successfully.
10:41:48 : added to socket client list successfully
10:41:48 : calling parseRootObject to fetch application XML.
