Removing hardecoded paths from properties files

Eclipse/FB files refactoring
* migrated to FB burrito
** please use the same flex sdk as in the build files : Flex Hero (build 17855)
** import and declare it as such in your FB settings
* deleted all the duplicated entries in the various libs folders
* replaced those entries by linked resources (you now have to create a link resource folder M2_REPO pointing either
** the C3 repo found in c3 svn depot
** or to your local maven repo
* simplified the fb files to include all classes in the library by default
