asdoc infrastructure, initial pom for persistence library

Adding the use of Spark component into ModuleC to add the scenario where a Module must be able to get its default spark skin (currently this is failing due to a bug in the Module Lib)

-Migrate to Flex 4.
-Add Parsley 2.2.2 and latest navigation lib to sample.

Extended the default Waypoint type SelectedChildWaypoint to accept both Flex 3-style Container children as Flex 4-style NavigatorContent. Thanks a lot to KapFlorian for the idea and first implementation: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2785666. SelectedChildWaypoint now only expects children to implement IAutomationObject and DisplayObject instead of a full Container.

Added conditional compilation to maven for flex3/flex4 support.

-Added lost HTML templates.
-fixed deprecation warnings due to Parsley migration.
-Remove IntegrationTest sample of custom Commands (We removed Command support in favour of Parsley's native support)
-Fixed Parsley LocalConnection extention sample (broke due to Parsley migration)
-Fixed test in Popup lib

Adding flex 4 support of the ITransientDeferredInstance in the PopUpWrapper.
While using the flex 4 version of the PopUp Library, the PopUpFactory is deprecated as the PopUpWrapper is now able to destroy the popup child view using the new SDK 4.0 ITransientDeferredInstance interface.

The flex 3 version of the PopUp Library will continue to support the PopUpFactory and continue to use the IDeferredInstance for the PopUpWrapper as it used to be.
