Adding flex 4 support of the ITransientDeferredInstance in the PopUpWrapper.
While using the flex 4 version of the PopUp Library, the PopUpFactory is deprecated as the PopUpWrapper is now able to destroy the popup child view using the new SDK 4.0 ITransientDeferredInstance interface.

The flex 3 version of the PopUp Library will continue to support the PopUpFactory and continue to use the IDeferredInstance for the PopUpWrapper as it used to be.

updating html-template

the build is now flex4 ready
and flex3 compatible wit the : use the maven flex3 profile : mvn -pflex3,dev clean install

add to migrate to flexmojos 3.6 (to work around adobe flex compiler bugs around targetplayer and css handling)

Migrating Cairngorm Libs to Flex 4. From now, the trunk will contains Cairngorm libs and samples targeting Flex SDK 4.0 however the maven build will continue to support Cairngorm libs targeting SDK 3.5. so both SDK 3.5 and SDK 4.0 artifacts are going to be available.
