I have to move qtstalker files between different user
accounts and I found that the path names stored in e.g.
portfolio/scanner/backtester rules are absolute. It
would be nice to have them relative to the qtstalker's
user data&configuration directory ($HOME/.qtstalker).

Hello!
I'm a new qtstalker user but I'm already convinced
that this is a great piece of software. However as a
newbie I had some problems learning to use it. This
is why I have some suggestions that (I hope) will
make qtstalker easier and more pleasant to use.
1. When adding a new indicator, please change
drop-down QComboBox to a somewhat bigger
window with QListView insid.

Look at the bug 866317. I had similar problems with Kodak camera. It
seems that switching to libusb-0.1.8, gphoto2-2.1.5 and Linux kernel
2.6.12-rc4 solved it.

Now I have libusb-0.1.8, gphoto2-2.1.5 and Linux kernel 2.6.12-rc4 -
with this combination problem no longer exists. I can connect and
interact with camera multiple times without any disruptions. It seems
that indeed this was problem with the kernel.

No. I have Marko's 512K expansion installed and it is not supported either. Originally I wanted to use the extra RAM for apps but the code never worked and was hard to debug. That RAM will be definietly used by ramdisk filesystem that is still to be written.

Because of the way that CBM drives work and talk with C64 a true
disk caching is near to impossible. Note that it's the drive that
seeks a file in directory. LNG only sends the filename. I have
been thinking about a ramdisk for start. Then, all that available
extra ram from REU, C128 bank1 etc. could be utilized...

1. Yes, it is possible and will work but first someone has to write proper drivers. Not earlier :-).
Two new modules are needed: a PKG module that would handle packet queue, buffers and ARP packets, and a ETH module that would actually talk to hardware and push data there. Just like it is with serial stuff - there is one SLIP module and some more RS232 drivers.
2. In source tarball take a...
