I tried to respond directly to your email, but sourceforge refused to send it for some reason.
PGV's connection to new FamilySearch is currently in Beta and requires the latest code for PGV which has not been released yet. There is a new release planned for the coming week, but this is a maintenance release which will not contain these latest changes. A release with this code is not planned...
