i've added 'personal dictionary' caps, two buttons to the bottom 'Add' and 'Personal Dict' (to update your personal dict). Not sure if this is still going, been awhile since there's been an update. Anyhow, don't mind sharing the code changes. At the moment it's set to work with authenticated users on a social networking site, keeping a personal dictionary per ("using") user.
