What about the QT Palmtop Environment from Trolltech? I could port the entire thing to Darwin-intel fairly easily. Let me know if you would like me to do that.

Really now, such language is rude. Personally, I agree that KFM/Konquerer/MS Explorer can be improved upon, but the way GNOME/KDE lay out the "Start Menu" is much, much more sane than MS. Who (other than dumb windows users) would want cascading menus?
