Come to next round develop.
This round target is make the encoder and decoder speed more fast.
And also support bigger image size(if can not achieve real-time encode for bigger size, can use down-sampling in encoder and up-sampling in decoder).
After that ,maybe there will be migration for DSP chip.
Or there will be some audio compress develop so that it can come to a audio-video stream...
