I have a feature request/ suggestion --
When RC does a reload (or when it connects to a new calendar for the first time) Outlooks is essentially locked up while the web request is made, etc. I'd like to suggest spawning off a separate thread to handle the reload so as to not interfere with the rest of Outlook operation. Is there any reason why this isn't possible?

With the addition of DynamicDataProvider, and healthy IDbTransaction support, I feel it is time to release v1.0. It is available as source-only at the moment, but in reality I imagine any developer should have no problem compiling it. If anybody wants binaries just ask and I will do it.
