Remove famous executable bit from non-executable files (thanks cygwin?)
Split out 2D polygon routines into their own file; fix some inconsistencies in the argument order etc.
Sync up a bunch of changes. Renamed Mesh2D so to make room for a more general Mesh2D type; fixed some compilation problems from code drift.
