yes, it would be nice to see updated gimp GAP for windows. Also gimp help viewer. - clicking help on gimp2.6.6 says can't find gimp help viewer, and offers to use web browser instead.

ps. even with blood mode off, when mario die's the screen "blood's" out.
changing the 8394261 numbers in player.cpp to 1474581 or making this change dependant on the value of bloodmode fixes this.

hi, I have the latest (1.6c) code, but mp3 sound does not work.
On checking smpeg library, it (smpeg r374) has dropped built in support for sdl_mixer.
Do you know a way to get the mp3's to play?.
I tried adding a #define MP3_MAD_MUSIC into global.h to get it to play using madlib instead but still only get the mid music.
Any clues?
PS, in the small download, the src_game directory needs...

There does not appear to be any source code available for download for the xming project hosted on sourceforge.
there is also no way of reporting this on the xming.sourceforge.net page/site.
Obviously source code should be available as well as any binary download, otherwise it does not comply with sourceforge FRS requirements.
