Working on nicer conversion of polygons into triangles.
Added Vector3::v_Orthogonal() to compute an arbitrary tangent to a vector. Added v_Abs(), f_Min(), f_Max(), n_ArgMin() and n_ArgMax() to CBaseVectorImpl and CMatrixBase.
