For alfcnUnicode that bad, i thing it's the 3 bytes UTF8 boom you see. in fact is because in d2007 i save the file in UTF8 just to see the comments in UTF8. we can delete the 1rt 3bytes, as they are just here for the comment, but how don't know how to do this to make in version < D2007 hide the boom and in version >= D2007 show the boom...
the best way is to manually delete it yoursef.
