I don't know if anyone will see this comment since this is closed, but are you sure you can't just delete the three files mentioned in this submission? I understand that there are long-term plans to get rid of all this, but it seems like we all spent quite a bit of time messing around, and then we're going to just leave them sit.
If it takes a lot of effort to do that, I understand...

This is not a content comment as much as a schedule concern:
In mid-2008, we briefly discussed a major release at the end of the year. Because of changes to the project, that release has been delayed a little. 2.13.2 was just released (mid-January), and it was my expectation that we would release 2.14.0 in February or early March.
If we want the B.03 additions in the next release, I...

Oh...should someone want to look into this further, here's a snapshot of what we were seeing between the time 2.13.2 was released and before the problem went away:

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for looking into this. As late as about 24 hours after I submitted 2.13.2, the link:
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=71730&release_id=654343

Anyway, looks fine...

PG: Assigning this to you to see if Dan's patch messes up the original issue (#2392398). The change here does clean up the automatic test.
I know the marshaling problem is still open, so looking for your advice on how to proceed.

I did a release of OpenHPI, 2.13.2 last night. When I navigate to the project's download page, the proper version shows up:
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=71730
However, the e-mail which was sent to people monitoring the released files includes the release ID:
release_id=654343
This seems to be the release ID, but when navigating to the page for this ID:
