I have tried on FC9 kernel 2.6.27.21-78.2.41.fc9.i686 without success...and it is very struggling :-(

I've updated the vncserver file to allow the interface option in /etc/tightvncserver.conf .
I think is needed a better documentation that describe how to use the config files. I've found that the double quote are needed for interface option...But I'vent found anywhere a description of that.
If I can help tell me.

Hi dear,
I've checked the apache logs but no reference to php memory problem...Anycase I have raise to 32M the memory of php.
The problem persist.
