Sometimes if you click a different mixer fx line, it changes focus to the
song editor window and brings it to the top, which is annoying and bizzare.

When I choose a default soundfont configuration, save, and restart lmms,
the option is not preserved.

lmms should look in /usr/share/sounds/sf2 for sf2 sound presets.
additionally, if FluidR3_GM.sf2 or FluidR3_GS.sf2 are found, they should be
selected automatically as the default soundfont for midi files. The check
should be run at least at app startup so the user can install these sf2
files from the package manager and have lmms "just work.".
