to change the graph color, login to Openi as System admin, or project admin
then go to 'Preferences > Project settings' page,

Only the application admin (app_admin), and project admins (<project-name>_admin) can delete analysis files from the openi UI, Marcio has explained most of it, another way is go to Reports>folder on menu then on explore tab find the appropriate analysis and right click on the file name you will get popup-menu for performing different actions, from there also you can delete/rename/move....

You will have user management feature enabled only when you have valid data source, that means when you are authenticating users against database, if you are authenticating users through tomcat's 'tomcat-users.xml' file or jboss .properties these use management menus doesn't appear on the preferences tab,
